What you can and can't do?
Seasonal pitches can be rebooked in advance before 13 September by paying a deposit of DKK 500, which will be deducted from the price of the seasonal pitch. If the pitch is not rebooked on 13 September, the unit is free on Onlinebooking and can be booked by others. If the pitch is cancelled before or during the season, or if you move out prematurely, you no longer have the right to use the pitch and you will not receive any money or deposit back.
Seasonal pitch rental only includes the area of your own pitch, neighbouring pitches are allowed never utilised.
All guests and overnight guests must report their arrival at the reception. Guests staying on site after 11pm are considered overnight guests and will be charged an overnight fee. Day guests must leave the site before 11pm and will be charged a day guest card of DKK 15, or DKK 150 for a seasonal day guest card per named registered person. Guest cards do NOT give pool access.
The waterpark wristband is personal and may only be used by enrolled and registered overnight guests and may NEVER be lent to others. If the wristband is misused, all future access to the waterpark will be cancelled immediately and no refunds will be given.
You cannot sell your caravan and pass on the pitch to a new owner. The lessee cannot transfer/lease their rights to others, nor can the lessee sublet the seasonal pitch.
Guests must park in the car park. Only one car in your own space. Extra car on your own pitch during the season DKK 300,-. An extra car outside your own space will be charged DKK 100/day.
It is the tenant's responsibility that their guests comply with the campsite rules.
It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the site neat and tidy at all times, to mow the grass and cut the hedge.
Keep a distance of 3 m from your neighbour.
Magazine tents must be placed on the rented pitch - not in the shelter belt.
The tenant provides a thick approved cable where the plug can be removed. When the vehicle is unoccupied, it is advisable to disconnect the power completely by pulling the plug out of the vehicle (emptying refrigerators etc.). Otherwise, the vehicle may consume "Stand by" power.
Dogs/cats must be kept on a short lead and walked outside the site. Faeces must be removed immediately. Always bring a "dog bag" with you. Pets are not allowed in the toilets and kitchen.
The boom card is personal and may not be lent to others.
The gate is locked between 11pm and 7am.
Waste: The containers provided are for wrapped kitchen waste only. Everything else is removed on your own initiative.
Bottles/glasses go in the bottle containers.
Drinking water is collected at the taps. No waste water is allowed to enter the wells.
Before the end of the season, tents and awnings must be taken down and cleaned up. Everything must go into the trailer - including bikes - only the floor, winter awning and magazine tent can remain.
Snow is not cleared on site
