Payment

Advance payment for pitches
1st installment of 25% is paid at the time of booking.
2nd installment of the remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 45 days before arrival, the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Advance payment for cabins/mobile homes
1st installment of 50% is paid at the time of booking.
2nd installment of the remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 45 days before arrival, the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Advance payment for seasonal pitches (Long-term camper)
1st installment of DKK 500 is paid at the time of booking (Non-refundable if the lease is canceled).
2nd installment of the remaining balance must be paid before arrival/start of the season.

You can choose to split the payment for a full-season stay
At the time of booking, a non-refundable DKK 500 is paid.
1st installment of 50% of the rental amount must be paid before arrival/start of the season.
2nd installment of the remaining balance must be paid by June 15.

Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your booking under the following conditions (provided that payment terms are met. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice):
If you cancel more than 45 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded, except for an administration fee of DKK 300.
If you cancel less than 45 days but more than 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.
Bei Stornierung weniger als 14 Tage vor Anreise verfällt der gesamte eingezahlte Betrag.

There is no refund for early departure.

Force Majeure

Hals Strand Camping may cancel or interrupt the rental agreement, and facilities may be closed due to force majeure events, including war, riots, strikes, lockouts, fuel rationing, border closures, epidemics, natural or pollution disasters, or similar events. No compensation or refund of paid amounts will be granted to the tenant.

Cleaning

Daily cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Some cleaning supplies (broom, bucket, and cloth) are available in the accommodation. Guests must bring additional cleaning supplies. Final cleaning is mandatory and must be pre-ordered and paid for in cabins/mobile homes.

Tenant's Responsibility

The tenant is fully responsible for the contents of the accommodation. Any damages caused by the tenant will be settled upon departure. The person who made the booking is also responsible for damages caused during the stay by other residents. The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of people specified in the price list. A person over the age of 18 must be present throughout the stay.

Complaints

Any complaints must be made immediately upon arrival at Hals Strand Camping. Compensation claims must be submitted in writing to Hals Strand Camping within 7 days after departure.

Energy Billing

Electricity consumption in cabins/mobile homes is paid in advance per day and is non-refundable in the case of early departure.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out are handled via the reception at Hals Strand Camping, Lagunen 8, 9370 Hals.
If you cannot arrive by 5:00 PM on the specified arrival date, please notify us in advance, as the pitch reservation will otherwise be canceled. Check-in from 12:00 PM for pitches and 3:00 PM for cabins/mobile homes. Check-out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Order Rejection:

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If an item is priced incorrectly, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to cancel the order. Naturally, you will be refunded the full amount you have paid.
