Arriving outside reception opening hours? If you have booked a pitch, you can easily use our self check-in service.
Already booked?
You’ll find your personal CWallet in your booking confirmation. Here you can:
Check in from 12:00 until 23:00
Open the barrier upon arrival
Just make sure to:
Pay for your booking in advance
Tap the "Check in" button in CWallet
Then the "Open barrier" button becomes active
Haven’t booked yet?
You can quickly book an available pitch via our online booking just before arrival. Then you can check in between 07:00 and 23:00, as the pitch will be reserved for you.
If you use self check-in, you can collect pool wristbands later from the reception during its opening hours. Here you can also get a physical barrier card, brochures, and more information.
Cabins and holiday apartments can be checked in from 15:00 and keys are handed out through reception.
By prior agreement, we can place your welcome pack in our guest mailbox, ready for your arrival.
