You can check in from. 12:00 – 23:00.

How to check in:

Via CWallet (recommended):
You will find a link to your personal CWallet in your booking confirmation.
With the app, you can:

• Open the barrier upon arrival
• Get directions directly to your location

Here's how you do it:

1. Pay for your booking before arrival
2. Press “Check-in” in your CWallet (can be done from approx. 1 km before arrival)
3. Press “Open barrier” when you are in front of the barrier

Your number plate has now been registered, and you can drive directly to your unit.

Alternatively, you can check in via:

• Self-service terminal in front of the reception (with customer and booking number)
• The reception during opening hours

You can arrive and check in from. 07:00 – 23:00.

At the self-service kiosk you can:

• Book a table on arrival
• Check in immediately
• Get your PIN

Perfect for spontaneous stays – especially for camper vans.
For the sake of peace and quiet on the square, arrival & departure is possible between 07:00 – 23:00.

PIN code

Boom

The first time you arrive at the toll booth, the camera registers your number plate.
From here you have 45 seconds to:

• Enter your PIN on the keypad at the barrier
  or
• Open via CWallet: Press the “check in” button first, then the “Open barrier” button.

When the barrier is first opened, your number plate will be linked to your booking, and the barrier will open automatically from then on.

• If you change cars, the PIN code must be entered again
• There can only be one car per unit

Aqua Park

If your stay falls within the Aqua Park's opening period, you can use your PIN-code for access.

The code grants free entry for the number of overnight guests registered in the booking.

Check-in – cottages and holiday apartments

• Check-in from kl. 15:00
• Keys are handed out at the reception during opening hours

By prior arrangement, welcome packs can be collected from the guest mailbox for late arrivals.
