Welcome to the Summer Local Produce Market at the Square in Hals The market takes place six Thursdays in a row from 10 AM to 2 PM, from July 3rd to August 7th, 2024. At the market, you can explore a selection of delicious local specialties, and in celebration of the market, we’ve arranged activities for both children and adults. The Brave Taste Challenge for Kids: As part of the market, we’re hosting The Brave Taste Challenge—an exciting competition for children that encourages them to be adventurous with food. By tasting various samples around the market, children can collect stickers on a tasting card. Once the card is filled, it can be handed in at the Hals Tourist Association booth, where the kids will receive a nice diploma and a small prize as a reward for their food bravery. All prizes are kindly donated by our local shops.
